Visits and lectures introduced in this Internet programme are undertaken by Exclusive Tours Ltd, licence n° 3731667 issued by the Registrar of Companies for England & Wales. Exclusive Tours Ltd represented in France by its subsidiary company of the same name.

1) APPLICATIONS :
The application to one of the visits and conferencial visits can be made by one person or a travel agency. Agencies act independently and cannot be considered as subsidiary offices of the promoter.
The customer, with his " preliminary application form " will choose one of the guided visits at one or several dates according to his wishes with options. At receipt of the " preliminary application form " Exclusive Tours Ltd comits itself in 24 hours to confirm prices and conditions of the choosen performance. The customer can, before his departure, estimate the price, accepting to fill up and confirm his " application form ".
All confirmed application must have a 30% of the total price of the chosen perfomance. The payment will be by bank transfer made at in US dollars or in Euro and soon by secured credit card payment. The final instalment will be paid , the latest, 2 weeks before the departure. If the customer has not paid the full amount at the right date, he is considered as having cancelled his visit, and then incurs cancelling cost as in paragraph " cancellation ".

2) ALTERATION AND POSTPAREMENTS :
Neither date nor the lecture, nor the place to visit are altered, all file alteration form from the customer will entail no file cost and it intervenes in the following cases :
-Raising of the number of menbers
-Replacing a half day visit to a full day one
-Adding a museum or a place to visit

3) CANCELLATION :
The cancellation by the customer of his application will entail the following cost :
-From 14 to 8 days before the visit, he will pay 30% of the whole price of the lecture
-From 7 to 2 days before the visit, he will pay 50% of the whole price of the lecture
-Less than 2 days before the visit, he will pay 75% of the whole price of the lecture
-If he does not come to the visit, he will pay 100% of the whole price of the lecture

4) RESPONSABILITIES :
Exclusive Tours Ltd guarantees the visit only if the guarantee owed by our collaborators and museographic places intervenes in the lecture. Concerning strikes and delays due to technical reasons, personnel at places or weather conditions, we would not be responsible for consequences and cost. In these cases we try to look for and offer the best conditions to overcome the difficult situations.

5) AFTER SALES SERVICE :
All failure in the execution of the contract seen by the customer on site must be pointed out in writing or by e-mail to Exclusive Tours Ltd. We will try to call for a quick solution to all litigation. The delay can vary, according to the duration of our inquiry or the time our collaborators take to answer.

6) CANCELLATION OR ALTERATION FROM EXCLUSIVE TOURS Ltd :
All failure in the execution of the contract seen by the customer on site must be pointed out in writing or by e-mail to Exclusive Tours Ltd. We will try to call for a quick solution to all litigation. The delay can vary, according to the duration of our inquiry or the time our collaborators take to answer.

7) INSURANCE :
The foresaid contract does not contain any insurance guarantee. The customer must get organized and undertake all necessary insurance to his trip and visits.

8) JURIDICTION :
For all claim or litigation , London Courts are sole competent. The application to one of our performances implies the application with no reserve, to the present conditions.
